Osklen’s dynamic collection represents an unlikely collision of influences: Brazil meets California, retro meets futuristic, and metropolis meets nature. But the crossroads at which these themes intersect is one worth standing in—while looking awesomely chic. For spring/summer 2013, designer Oskar Metsavaht takes the scenic route by way of mesmerizing prints (impressively derived from Metsavaht’s own photography): palm tree–emblazoned pants and oceanic-print dresses capture an endless summer. This influential Brazilian brand’s sun-worshiping creations are ones to bow down to—and wear all season long. —M.M.
